1. Delivery times
We aim to minimize overproduction. That is why we prepare your kit or any other product in many cases after you have placed your order. Some of our yarns are hand-dyed in our atelier in Amsterdam. In case your order contains a color that we don’t have in our immediate stock, we will dye it on demand. Because of this your order might be a little delayed, but never more than 7 days. In such case we will always drop you an email, so you can decide whether you find it worth to wait or whether you prefer to cancel your order. Please find here below an estimation of our standard delivery times:
The Netherlands and Belgium: 1-4 working days
European Union: 2-6 working days
Rest of the world: 3-10 working days
The above mentioned delivery periods do not allow for any customs clearance difficulties that may arise (non EU countries only) that are beyond our control.
2. Shipping rates
If you live in the EU and your order exceeds 75€: delivery will be free.
In all other cases:
The Netherlands: €6,95
The rest of the EU: €13,00
The rest of the world: €24,30
Delivery will be arranged by our courier (DHL – UPS – Fed-Ex and PostNL). In case you prefer to collect the order yourself, or organize alternative shipment, please contact us before you place your order, so we can arrange something. Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays at customs. WOOLALOOP cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.
3. Taxes and Customs VAT
The prices indicated on our website include VAT. However customs VAT and other clearance costs might be charged by the destination country. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predetermine what the amount of such charges will be. The charges will be billed directly to the customer by the destination’s customs authority. We suggest that you inform yourself with your local customs office if you would like to obtain information on the customs duties in your country.
All items purchased online at www.woolaloop.com can be returned or exchanged after notifying WL within 14 days upon delivery at email@example.com. You will be given a return number. Notification shall automatically terminate the agreement between you and WL. This obliges you to return the items in its original packaging within 14 days after notification. Please close your package well and bring it to any local post office. Remember to get a proof of postage. In case we have delivered an incorrect product, we will obviously pay for the return. In other cases we unfortunately do not offer free returns; therefore we recommend that you use a secure and recorded method to return your order back to us. In case a product does not arrive, we can not refund your purchase.
We will let you know once we have received your return. We will refund your purchase as quickly as possible, however it should never take more than 21 days. Important: The items in your order should be unused, that means skeins and balls of wool in their original state with wrap, patterns and envelops closed. Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed in the currency paid. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we estimate that the product is clearly used and/or cannot be sold again. All items shipped by WOOLALOOP are quality inspected before shipment. We do not refund customs and import duties or sales taxes for shipments to countries outside the European Union. WL does not accept returns on items that were not purchased through the website.
