These are the Terms and Conditions of WOOLALOOP (also referred to as “WL”, “us”, “we”, “our”) seated at the Admiraal de Ruijterweg 267D, 1055 LV Amsterdam, The Netherlands and registered at the Chamber of Commerce Amsterdam under number 62805789. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to the website of WL and all agreements with you. By purchasing items online you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree with our terms and conditions, you should not access our site. All trade relations between you and WL shall be managed and interpreted in accordance with Dutch Law.
We advise you to read our Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website. By accessing and/or using the website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our website.
The language of the Terms and Conditions is English
The design of our website and all of its materials, including, but without limitation, its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, designs, video, audio, and other materials that appear as part of this website (collectively, “content” ) are protected by Dutch copyright laws and other Dutch and International laws and treaties.
All content is provided by WOOLALOOP as a service to its current and prospective customers and may be used only for personal (that is, for the purchase of our merchandise) use. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, post, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license or otherwise exploit this website, any of the content, or any related software. You may not access or use the website for any competitive or commercial purpose; and you will not permit any copying of our content.
Any unauthorized copying, alteration, distribution, transmission, performance, display, or other use of the content is prohibited.
Linking to this website or any of its content are not permitted without an explicit written permission from WOOLALOOP.
4. Placing an order
You can place an order by adding all the items you wish to buy to the shopping chart, proceeding to check out and paying for the order. Before you place your order you will be given the opportunity to review your selection, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping chart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at check-out and received the order confirmation mail. There is a valid agreement as son as WL has received your payment. You are responsible of ensuring that all the information that is required and necessary for the execution of your order is correct, complete and up-to date. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.
WOOLALOOP reserves the right to refuse to complete an order for any reason and/or to refuse service to anyone at any time in its sole discretion. In this case we will refund the total amount paid for the refused order including transportation costs within 30 days.
The prices and shipping costs on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price unless explicitly declared otherwise. Shipping costs will appear in the shopping cart. All customs and import duties and/or local taxes are beyond our control and are for your own account. Prices are subject to change at any time, but will not affect the amount payable as of a valid order that has been confirmed by WOOLALOOP by email. WL always reserves the right to cancel any order. If we have already received payment for a cancelled order we will refund you the amount of the purchase including shipping costs. All information regarding prices, specifications, etc as listed on the website is placed with our utmost care, but WL cannot guarantee its accuracy. WL is not obliged to complete and deliver any orders that were placed on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information. Shipping costs of WL are based on the average costs of international shipping to various countries. In most cases, these costs match the actual costs but in some cases, the actual shipping costs to your country might differ from the shipping costs charged by us.
Every order will be shipped as soon as WL has received the complete payment.
You can pay for the order by using one of the following payment methods:
- Credit-card (Visa, MasterCard)
- (International) bank-transfer.
In case of a bank-transfer the full amount should be transferred within 7 working days after the date of the order. During this period WL will reserve the items for you. If the full payment is not received in this period the items will be released for selling.
After receiving the full payment WL will send a confirmation by e-mail.
If you pay by credit-card(number) you confirm that the credit-card that is being used is yours.
All credit-card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment card refuses to authorize payment to WL, delivery of the items will be postponed and WL will contact you. In that case WL shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
7. Order confirmation
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with details of the product or products you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
8. Acceptance and shipping confirmation
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that WL does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by e-mail. If we already have received payment for such product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.
Dispatch of orders may take up to 7 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or on the part of the shipping company. If WOOLALOOP fails to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase. In such case we will reimburse your purchase including any shipment costs.
Our goal is to describe the products at our website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on our website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. We cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
11. Information on the website
We absolutely strive to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and online shop, however we cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. WL may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Moreover we cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.
12. Violation of rules
WOOLALOOP reserves the right to seek all solutions available to us against violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.
